1: Drink plenty of water
Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily . Always keep a bottle of water with yourself . As we know our body is made up of 70% of water it not only help in digestion but also helps to remove the toxins from our body. You can increase your water intake by incorporating more watery fruits in your diet.
2:Eat healthy
Remember what you eat going to show on your skin. Eat fresh fruits ,green veggies, sufficient protein, carbohydrates and vitamins. A diet rich in vitamins, low in fats and refined sugar is the key of glowing skin.
3: Cleaning, toning and moisturizing of skin
Follow the regular skincare regime of cleaning. Clean your skin with facewash or any other cleanser twice a day. One at daytime and other before retiring for bed. After cleaning don't forget to apply a good toner it will help in cleaning the dirt from pores and also nourishes the skin. Then apply a good moisturiser . If you follow the process regularly you will see the difference within two weeks.
4; Protect your skin from sun
Always protect your skin from sun because sun exposure leads to early ageing of skin, wrinkles agespots and other skin problems. Apply a sunscreen with SPF of atleast 15 that blocks both UVA and UVB rays. Make sure the product should be noncomedogenic or nonacnegenic so that it doesn't block the pores.
5: Exercise regularly
Exercise will help your body to remove toxins in the form of sweat and also accelerate the cleaning process of your entire body. You can choose any kind of exercise according to your choice and comfort. It can be simple walking, running , swimming jogging , playing any sport , or simply house hold daily chores.
6: Enough sleep
Try to sleep at least 8 hours daily it will help to rejuvenate your skin. And your skin looks fresh and young otherwise it says and you get bags around your eyes.
7: Less use of chemical beauty products
Choose the beauty products which are less in chemical which are gentle on your skin. No need to go anywhere you get all things which you need inside your kitchen only.
8: Say goodbye to stress
Take time for your self and try to avoid stress. Because stress ed body tends to break out more . When we are stressed our body produce cortisol and other hormones making the skin more oily. Practice breathing exercise, yoga and meditation to keep stress away.
9: Remove make up before bed
Don't forget to remove makeup before going to bed. Our skin need to breathe overnight and makeup prevents it. So remove your makeup with the help of make up remover or you can also use olive oil or coconut oil to remove your makeup and dirt.
